What the form sends

Sending the form passes on your name, at least one contact of your choice, and what you wrote: the card or place concerned, what should change, the page that shows it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from go with it. One field is hidden from people and exists only to catch automated spam.

What messages are used for

Messages are stored by a form service and read together at the next revision of the list. They are used to check and apply what you reported, and for nothing else. A reply goes out only if you ask for one. Names and contacts are never published, sold or passed to the clubs, academies or organisers concerned; a published correction describes the change, not the person who reported it.

How visits are counted

Visits are counted by a small script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone from one site to another. For each page view it notes the page, the page you came from, and the browser, type of device and country taken from the request; these are only ever looked at as totals.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

No advertising, social-media or other outside tracking code runs on these pages, and no fonts, map tiles or images are fetched from other servers. A link to a source or a map takes you to another website with its own rules. The company that hosts the site processes technical data, including IP addresses, as far as serving the pages requires.

Removing a message

To have an earlier message removed, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say which message should go. It is deleted from the form service when messages are next read. A confirmation is sent only if you ask for one and leave a contact.
